For anyone wondering, the Japanese versions of the game aren't supported yet, however the only thing missing for this, are the Japanese function and data symbols. So if you want to help out with this, we could get support for the jp ROMs.

Hi! The SkyTemple project is in maintenence mode from now on until further notice.
It has been a fun ride, but I want/need to focus on other things. I may return to it in a few months, I may not. Maybe I'll do some small contributions here and there.
If anybody wants to contribute and potentially take over project management, feel free to discuss this in <#990722852200284180>.
I’m (marius851000) actually surprised this didn’t happened before. I’ll probably not have been to do a quarter of the work in the same time frame, mostly due to my (sometimes bad) habit to wander off, and go work on something else, or playing a video game. Although, at least, I now have a few long running project. Like this newsletter.

Maybe to replace Twitter? Probably not. More to give an option, an alternative.
If you got just a minute I'd ask you to read why.This is an experiment, but I hope it's one you will be excited about as I am:
It's a server for the PMD Community. A new place to come together and share art, memes, games, thoughts and other creations.What? Mastodon like Twitter but is based on individual servers instead of one giant monopoly. Kinda like Discord servers in a sense or old-school forums or blogs, but you can interact with users from all other Mastodons as well.
Why? To have an alternative to Twitter. And to have a new and easier way to share your content and be found.
Now will this replace Twitter? Probabaly not. That's not the goal though.
I hope this is a place that brings together the best of Twitter, the PMD Discords and the subreddit.
A place where it's easy to find other people excited about PMD, Pokémon or any other related or even unrelated topics.Mastodon allows you to be together as a cozy subculture, but it also allows you to follow people on all other Mastodon servers and re-toot (yes that's the “tweet” term for here) their content here. All showing up in one feed for you. Do you already have another Mastodon profile? No problem, you can still interact with everyone here and be part of our little community.
If you believe in this, why not post your content both on the Guild and on Twitter but share links to the Guild on other platforms. That way more people will see this and maybe it will catch on. Fingers crossed.

PMD: Explorers of Infinity demo has just been released!
Explorers of Infinity is a demake of Gates to Infinity that aims to improve the original game.
I made this hack in celebration of Gates to Infinity's 10th anniversery.

Edit: The demo doesn't end when you enter Post Town. That's where the softlock was.

Explorers of Infinity is back online!!!
Although I couldn't fix the softlock… I figured out what causes it (sort of) and how to prevent it!
Basically Do Not set the top screen to “Map and Team”. This is what causes the softlock.
I also fixed a lot of bugs and reworked a bunch of things.
And I want to thank Minarchu for helping me with this, his help was invaluable.
My new tech to display pixel-art in browser is working fine, I see (lit. 4 line of CSS)

Animated sprites in this section are animated PNG files. If animated sprites appear to be static images, make sure that your browser supports PNG animation. (Most modern browsers should display them just fine, though.)
My code may have some issues with pokémon being renamed outside of Missingno. Be aware of that, so if you see a Pokémon removed somewhere, it has likely been added somewhere else.
(MissingNo is where all Pokémon with unknown Pokedex number goes)
